Overview
Contacts is your relationship graph for pursuit work: people and organizations, categories, connection strength, notes, and last activity when email is connected—so BD and marketing can prep and follow through with full context in one place.

Steps
Open Contacts from the workspace sidebar.
Switch between People and Organizations views. Use filters for category, connection strength, last email (when integrations are connected), and ICP presets.
Open a row for the detail panel—notes, related organizations, timeline, and research entry points.
Promote strategic firms to Accounts when you need coverage, warmth, and next-step tracking at the firm level.
