Ideal client profile on contacts

Filter your contact graph with saved ICP criteria.

Overview

An ideal client profile (ICP) preset filters Contacts (especially organizations) to firms that match how your studio actually wins work—markets, sectors, size, and location.

What ICP can include

Criteria depend on your workspace configuration. Common dimensions:

  • Industry or sector keywords on the organization
  • Location text on the organization
  • Headcount or size signals where enrichment has run
  • Category (client, prospect, referral) combined with other filters

Steps

In Contacts, open filter controls for organizations (or people, if your preset supports it).

Set the fields that describe a good-fit firm for your practice.

Save as a named ICP preset so principals and marketers share the same definition of “fit.”

Re-apply the preset weekly to see who newly matches after imports or enrichment.

ICP filtering helps you prioritize existing relationships; it does not replace prospect discovery for net-new firms.
