Account detail is the pursuit room for one firm: overview metrics, people coverage, opportunities, activity timeline, org chart, and AI-assisted prep—without leaving the workspace.
Overview tab
Typical actions on overview:
- Log activity — call, email, meeting, note
- Schedule follow-up — firm-level next step with due date
- Export summary — shareable brief for principals (where enabled)
Panels show linked contacts, overdue steps, and relationship overlap (“who else has worked with them?”) when data exists.
Coverage
Coverage answers: Do we know the right roles?
- See mapped contacts against target roles
- Identify gaps before a proposal or interview
- Pair with connection strength on individuals
Timeline
Chronological account history—imports, logged touches, research runs, and system events. Use it to brief a principal minutes before a call.
Org chart
Visual map of linked people and reporting hints (when enrichment provides structure). Helpful for multi-office owners and large AE firms.
Profile and AI assists
Team plans may include AI operations that consume usage credits:

Treat outputs as draft for review with sources where shown.

Scan coverage and next step on overview before scheduling outreach.
Log yesterday’s conversation on the timeline while context is fresh.
Open org chart or profile to prep an executive meeting; run research when you need citations.
