Pooled enrichment, research runs, and AI tokens on Team—and pay-as-you-go on Free.
Overview
Toolblocks meters contact enrichment, cited research runs, and AI workflow tokens through a monthly org pool on Team. Free workspaces pay pay-as-you-go for the same workflows at roughly 20% above the effective in-plan unit price—so habitual usage usually favors Team.
When to use this
- You are planning seat mix and need to estimate included usage.
- Enrichment or research stopped with a usage message.
- Finance asks how AI spend maps to line items.
Team pooled usage (per billing month)
Allowances are shared across the firm and reset each billing period:

One enrichment credit typically covers one lookup (company profile, email match, LinkedIn org lookup, etc.). Overages on Team bill at the same in-plan rates—not penalty pricing.
Example: One Revenue seat and one Network seat → 100 + 25 + 200 = 325 enrichment credits; 8 research runs; 250k AI tokens per month.
Free and pay-as-you-go
Free has no monthly included enrichment or research pools. Runs draw from pay-as-you-go balance at ~1.2× the Team effective unit price.
Workspace file storage on Free: 1 GB shared (PDFs, templates, snips, attachments; 20 MB max per file). Team starts at 10 GB minimum and scales with Network and Revenue seats.
Where to check balance
Open Settings from the workspace menu.
Go to Billing → Subscription for plan, seat type, trial end, and high-level remaining usage.
Owners and billing admins also see Billing → Credits & AI usage for detailed pool breakdown.
Research and enrichment outputs are draft for review. Usage does not guarantee completeness—verify sources before client-facing use.
