Research on contacts
Run account and contact briefs with sources from people and organization records.
Overview
Research on contacts connects pursuit intelligence to people and firms you already track. From a contact, organization, or account, you can launch research that returns structured context for meeting prep—with citations for review before any client-facing use.
When to use this
- Before a developer or owner meeting: Refresh firm context in 10–15 minutes.
- After adding a prospect: Turn a thin contact record into a brief with sources.
- During account reviews: Supplement warmth and coverage notes with cited facts.
Steps
Open Contacts or Accounts and select a person or organization.
Start research from the contact or account panel (research action or linked task—labels vary by surface).
Choose workflow type: quick enrichment, custom brief, or linked address / municipality run when a site matters.
Review sources and citations; open links to verify material claims.
Log your next step (follow-up, meeting, or task) while context is fresh.
Enrichment lookups use enrichment credits; cited research uses research runs. Both draw from your Team pool or pay-as-you-go. Outputs are draft for review—not guaranteed complete.
