Discover prospects

Search firms and people by industry, location, and headcount.

Overview

Prospects helps you find good-fit firms and contacts to research before outreach. It complements referrals and events—it does not replace relationship-first BD.

When to use it

  • You are building a target list for a market or geography
  • A principal asked for “firms like X” in a size band
  • You want people at a domain you already care about (find people by domain)

Steps

Open Prospects from the workspace sidebar (or use the command menu: Cmd + K on Mac, Ctrl + K on Windows).

Set filters—industry, location, headcount, company type, and keywords. See Search by filters.

Open a company row, confirm fit, then save to contacts.

In Contacts, add a note on why now and optionally link the record to an account.

Discovery data is a starting point. Verify fit and timing before cold outreach—especially for high-trust AEC relationships.
