Search by filters

Narrow prospect discovery by industry, location, headcount, and keywords.

Overview

Filter panels in Prospects turn a broad market into a short list you can actually pursue. Filters sync to the URL so you can bookmark or share a search within your workspace.

Filter types

FilterUse it when
IndustryYou care about practice type (e.g. architecture, engineering, GC)
LocationGeography or metro matters for your book of business
HeadcountFirm size signals capacity and decision style
Company typeYou want to include or exclude categories (e.g. owner vs consultant)
KeywordsName or description must mention a term

Steps

Open Prospects and expand the filter panel.

Select one or more industries from the searchable list. Empty means no industry constraint.

Set location (city, region, or country depending on provider data).

Choose headcount ranges that match your ICP—micro studios vs mid-size multi-office firms.

Add keywords only when you need a hard constraint; too many keywords can over-narrow results.

Review company rows. Adjust filters if the list is empty or too broad, then save a company to contacts.

Tips

  • Start wide on location and headcount, then tighten if you get hundreds of rows
  • Save promising firms even when you are unsure—you can categorize later in Contacts
  • Pair discovery with accounts when a firm becomes a strategic target
