Upgrade and trial
Start a 14-day Team trial or upgrade from Free to Team with the right seat mix.
Overview
Eligible new workspaces can start a 14-day Team trial without a card to evaluate Revenue seat features, accounts, and pooled enrichment and research. When you are ready to commit, upgrade to Team with the Core, Network, and Revenue seats your firm needs.
When to use this
- You hit the Free cap (5 members, Core-only).
- You need Accounts, Competitors, or included usage pools.
- Pay-as-you-go AI spend is regular enough that Team saves money.
Start a Team trial
Open Settings → Billing → Subscription.
Choose Start Team trial (wording may vary) if your workspace is eligible.
During the trial, members typically receive Revenue seat access and full Team usage pools so you can test pursuit workflows.
Trial length: 14 days by default. Each teammate who joins during an active trial adds 7 bonus days, up to 6 extensions (42 extra days max). Add billing before the trial ends to keep Team access.
Upgrade to paid Team
Open Settings → Billing → Subscription or visit /pricing.
Pick seat counts: at least one Revenue seat for pursuit intelligence; Network for marketers; Core for delivery-only users.
Complete checkout (monthly or annual—annual saves 10%).
Assign seat types in Settings → Organization → People if defaults need adjustment.
