Workspace plans, seat types, and pooled AI usage for Toolblocks.
Overview
Toolblocks uses workspace plans (Free, Team, Enterprise) combined with seat types (Core, Network, Revenue) that control who can use BD, enrichment, and research features. Most pursuit-intelligence firms start on Team with at least one Revenue seat.
When to use this
- You are comparing Toolblocks to other tools for your leadership team.
- You need a plain-English map of plans before opening checkout.
- You are explaining seat mix to finance (who gets Core vs Revenue).

Team workspaces get a 14-day trial (no card required for eligible new workspaces) with Revenue seat access and full usage pools during the trial.
Your in-app Settings → Billing → Subscription screen is the source of truth for your workspace plan, seat type, trial end date, and remaining usage.
