Command menu

Jump to views and actions with the command palette.

Overview

Press Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) to open the workspace command menu from anywhere in the workspace (dashboard, contacts, prospects, and other views).

The palette helps you:

  • Search people, organizations, and accounts (type at least two characters)
  • Go to any workspace view
  • Run BD slash commands such as /prep, /prospect, /bd-review, and /research
  • See needs attention when the search box is empty (overdue follow-ups, accounts needing attention, and quick links)

Calculator shortcuts from the marketing command menu are hidden in the workspace; use slash commands for tasks, projects, and notes instead.

LinkedIn URLs

Paste a LinkedIn profile URL into the search box to see an Add to contacts action. On supported browsers, a LinkedIn URL on your clipboard may be suggested when you open the palette.

Plans and seats

Accounts, BD review, and signals rows respect your workspace plan and Revenue seat. When a feature is gated, the palette shows an upgrade path instead of hiding the action silently.
