Integrations overview
Connect LinkedIn, Google, and mail tools to capture relationships where you already work.
Overview
Integrations bring email, calendar, documents, and LinkedIn context into Toolblocks so BD and marketing teams spend less time retyping what already lives in other tools. Connect only what your firm needs—each integration lists the permissions it requires before you authorize.
When to use this
- Marketing wants LinkedIn enrichment aligned with contacts.
- You want mail and calendar context for follow-up timing.
What you can connect
| Integration | Unlocks |
|---|---|
| LinkedIn (Unipile) | Messaging context and enrichment paths tied to profiles |
| Google (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive) | Mail and calendar sync options, document workflows |
| Microsoft Outlook | Mail and calendar read/write via Microsoft Graph (where enabled) |
| Import projects | One-time import from Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or Trello |
Additional providers may appear in Settings → Integrations as your workspace enables them.
Steps
Open Settings → Integrations.
Connect LinkedIn first if your wedge is contacts and profile enrichment.
Connect Google or Outlook if you want mail and calendar context in the workspace.
Review org-level mail/calendar toggles (owners) for contact interaction sync—defaults vary; confirm with your policy.
Use Import projects separately if delivery leads need legacy task data—BD teams can skip this.
Integrations read data to show context inside Toolblocks. They do not replace your email client or LinkedIn—you still send mail and messages from those surfaces; Toolblocks adds pursuit context.
